Peggy Stanley

Funeral services for Ms. Peggy France Stanley, of Dublin, will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, February 1, 2019, at the Jordan Grove Christian Center, 1330 US Highway 319 in East Dublin. Interment will follow in Zion Hill Church Cemetery.

Ms. Stanley was the daughter of the late George W. Stanley and the late Ms. Annie Ruth Fordham. She was born in Dublin, Georgia, on September 2, 1960. She became a member of the Zion Hill AME Church at an early age.

On January 27, 2020, God called, and Ms. Stanley answered, and was led by his hand to the place which he prepared. She was preceded in death by her three siblings, Fred Lee Fordham, Johnny Stanley and Sandra Washington.

She leaves to cherish her memories three children, Felicia (Ken) Scott, Lithonia, Ricco Allen, Camary Stanley both of Dublin, sisters, Lamona (Curtis) Dixon, of East Dublin, brothers, Bobby Lee Fordham, Tyrus (Annie Ruth) Stanley of Dublin, Willie Stanley of Warner Robins, George W. Stanley Jr., of Austell, Reverend George (Evelyn) Stanley of Orange, South Carolina, and Gregory (Yasheca) Stanley of Dublin, special friends, Jackie Swint and Sandra King, seven grandchildren and a host of nieces nephews other relatives and friends.
