Funeral services for Mr. Ossie B. Wells "BB", 55, of East Dublin, will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2012, at 3PM at the Buckeye Baptist Church, 2176 New Buckeye Road in East Dublin, Georgia. Reverend Joe F. Moore will officiate. Interment will follow in the Holly Spring Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Wells, who passed on March 30, was born on December 28, 1956, in Wrightsville. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ossie and Annie Wells, Jr. and Herschel and Nina Walker. He was educated in the Laurens County and Johnson County School Systems. He was a dedicated worker at Forstmann for 29 years. He was the president of the Chingos Club and was also the founder and president of the Unity Club. Mr. Wells leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted wife, Katie Wells five sons, Eric (LaShonda) Wells of Elgin, IL, Sidney (Nicole) Wells of Rome, Rodney (Sherry) Wells of Albany, Keenan Houston of Macon and Keith Cooper of Columbus, his parents, Ossie and Nina Wells, Jr., East Dublin sister, Annette Wells, Covington, one godson, Michael Jasper Plummer, East Dublin three grandchildren, Jaylin Lee, Nya Wells and Nicholas Wells, mother-in-law, Inez Cooper, Dublin, and a host of aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law and other relatives and friends.
