Niclas Kruger
Niclas Kruger of Laguna Beach passed away peacefully on April 9th, 2022. He was born in Stockholm, Sweden on June 14, 1961, to German immigrants Horst and Susi Kruger. He was educated in Sweden and served in the Swedish Navy, subsequently leaving Sweden to travel and work in Austria, Germany, and France. He eventually came to the US, and studied Art at what is now Laguna College of Art and Design, received an MFA from Cal State Fullerton, and went on to teach Art on the faculty at Concordia University in Irvine. A loving husband and devoted father, he is survived by his wife, Anne, and 2 daughters, Julia and Katya. A Celebration of his Life will be held at the Neighborhood Congregational Church in Laguna Beach, on Monday, April 25th at 7pm. All are welcome.
