Funeral services for Mrs. May Eunice Anderson, of Dublin, will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018, at 1 PM at the Holly Spring Baptist Church, 705 Buckeye Road in East Dubiln. Reverend Cecil Moore, Jr., will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Brown Grove Church cemetery.

Mrs. May Eunice Anderson was born on July 9, 1967, to Eunice Williams Gillis and the late Jimmy L. Gillis, Sr. She was a food nutrition service professional at the Carl Vinson Medical Center in Dublin. She was a member of the Brown Grove Baptist Church, and a member of the church choir. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Gillis, Jr., and by a son, Derrick L. Gillis. Mrs. Anderson passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Eunice Williams Gillis of Dublin, her husband, Ivey Lee Anderson of Dublin, sons, Harley Coney, Jr., Marco Coney, Maurell Coney, all of Dublin, sisters, Lizzie Hurst of Atlanta, Elizabeth (William) Blash of Dudley, brothers, Michael (Tonya) Gillis of Augusta, Mike Gillis of East Dublin, close family friends, Rhonda Cummings, Tamika Wright, Terrance Davis, Tammy Blue, Travis Reed, and Tray Jones, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
