Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lee Smith, of East Dublin, Georgia, will be held at 11 AM on Friday, November 22, 2019, in the C. D. Dudley Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home. Reverend James Travick will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery. The repast will be at RENESDI, 1827 Hwy 19 South in Dublin.

Sister Mary Lee Smith was born on November 27, 1940, to the late Lee Smith and Gussie Wright Smith in Laurens County. She attended the B. D. Perry School. She was a member of Holly Spring Baptist Church and later joined the Nu Hope Baptist Church. She moved to Florida with her family, but later returned until she passed away on November 13, 2019.

Mrs. Smith is survived by two children, Veronica Smith of East Dublin, and Tyress (Rose) Smith of Macon, seven grandchildren, one sister, Rose (Howard) Nealy, three sisters-in-law, Bernice Smith, Frances Smith, and Maetta Smith, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
