Mary Bulley

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary E. Bulley, 83, of Dublin, Georgia, will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018, at 11 AM at the C. D. Dudley Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home, 617 East Jackson Street in Dublin. Reverend Ellis Carswell will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Bully, was born on April 12, 1935, in Dublin, Georgia to late Reverend Douglas Dud (D. D.), and Mae Autley Locke Edmond. She joined the church at a very young age, and learned to love God at the William Grove Baptist Church in Dublin. Throughout her life, she worked to serve God, and loved to read, study scriptures, and discuss the Bible. As a young adult, she moved to Chicago, Illinois, where she worked in public service for over fifty years before returning to Dublin several years ago. She was a loving aunt and friend. She passed away on November 23, 2018.

She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews, Bertha A. Payne, and Rossie M. Wiggins of Soperton, Georgia, Steven Bush of Montrose, Georgia, Dr. Albert E. Jones of Atlanta, Georgia, Dwight D. Jones of Claxton, Georgia, Thurgood M. Jones of Lithonia, Georgia, and a host of great nieces, nephews, family and friends.
