Funeral services for Mrs. Lucille Coombs of Dudley, Georgia, will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at 2:30 PM, at the Christian Hope Baptist Church, 1792 Georgia Highway 26 ,Cochran, Georgia. Reverend Gregory Cutts will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Lucille Coombs was born on January 19, 1919 to the late Allen and Lou Taylor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Coombs, Sr., sons, B. J. Coombs, Joe Coombs, Jr., Mack Arthur Coombs,, and a daughter, Earnestine Gainey. Mrs. Coombs passed away on December 4, 2019.
She is survived by her children, Lula Mae Orange of New Jersey, Pansy Coombs of Dudley, Georgia, Susie Pearl Hall of Dudley, Georgia, Alivilean Coombs of Dublin, Georgia Bell Coneway of Dublin, Willie James Coombs of Dudley, Georgia, sister-in-law Susie Pearl Willey of Dublin, twenty seven grandchildren, several great great grandchildren.
