Funeral services for Mrs. Louise Bolden Taylor, 98, of Johnson County, Georgia, will be at 2 PM on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at the Antioch Baptist Church at 133 East Trilby Street in Wrightsville. Norman Roberts, Jr., will deliver eulogy. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery.

Mrs. Louise Bolden Taylor, was born on July 1, 1921, to the late Thomas Bolden and Reba Bolden. She was a native of Washington County and later moved to Johnson County where she was married to the late E T. Taylor on December 23, 1941 and they had 13 children. She was a member of Mount Pleasant, then Antioch Baptist Church. She was the mother of the church for over 30 years.

She was a mother, wife, sister, grandmother and a baker of cakes and pies and prepared meals for the family and for the holidays. Known as "Lou" and "sister", she had a loving and caring spirit. She especially enjoyed her role as grandmother. She was a devoted servant of the Lord. Her favorite scripture was Psalm 23. She passed away on August 10, 2019 when she filled her destiny to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her husband, E. T. Taylor, daughter, Missionary Betty Sue Johnson, three sons, Leroy Bolden, Elester Taylor, and Willie Lewis Taylor, siblings, Fred, Reba, Uouise, Mamie, Loren, Otis, and Wilbur, grandson, Tellis C. Williams, Jr., stepmother in law, Marie Taylor, sisters in law Sarah Taylor, Daisy Lee Taylor, and Dora Taylor, brothers in law, James Taylor, Russell Taylor, and Amos, sons in law , Charles Taylor and Tellis C. Williams, great grandchildren, Juwan Taylor, Kendrick Taylor, and Christopher Taylor, Jr.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her children, Loretta Taylor, Richard Talyor, Patricia Ann Taylor (Winfred), Elnora (Clarence) Lowery, Willie James Taylor, Betty L. Willis, Jaunita Howard, and Margaret Taylor; step children, Helen (Willie) Williams, Jonathan (Iris) Taylor, Geraldine Cason, and Edith Taylor, sister-in-law, Eunice Mae Taylor, brothers in law, Eulice Taylor, Theotis (Jennie Mae) Taylor and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and cousins.

The family is receiving friends at 801 Pierce Drive in Dublin.
