Lewis Stanley

Funeral services for Mr. Lewis Stanley, Jr., of Dublin, will be held at 1 PM on Friday, December 29, 2017, at the Eason Hill Baptist Church, 2022 Eason Hill Church Road, in Montrose, Georgia. Pastor Lee Wornum, Jr., will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Lewis George Stanley, Jr., was born on October 17, 1969, to L. C. Stanley and Rosa Cobb Stanley. At an early age, he joined the Eason Hill Baptist Church. He attended public school in Dublin, and later moved to Atlanta where he graduated from Benjamin E. Mays High School. He enjoyed rapping and joking, and he also loved working with his dad in the lawn service. He was employed by YKK AP America, Inc., in Dublin. Mr. Stanley passed away on December 23, 2017.

Mr. Stanley leaves to cherish his memories his parents, L. C. and Rosa Stanley, his sons, Jamari (Erica) Stanley, of Atlanta, Simeon Stanley, of Dublin, grand daughters, Jayla and Jamiel Stanley, of Atlanta, brothers, Ricky (Tawanda) Stanley of Atlanta, Fred (Renae) Coley, of Jeffersonville, uncles, Carlos Stanley, Johnny (Carolyn) Cobb, Ossie (Loretta) Cobb, and Alex Day, aunts, Ida Bledsoe, Mattie Stanley, Ruth (Willie) Whipple, Sarah (Lamar) Sadler, special friends, Rhonda Stanley, Gary Hodges, and Eric Horne, his dog, Redd Stanley, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
