Funeral services for MSG Levi Daniels, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017, at 1 PM at the Royal Springs Baptist Church, Highway 199 East Dublin. Reverend Anthony Whitehead will officiate. Interment will follow in the Williams Chapel Mission Cemetery.

Mr. Daniels who passed on April 21, 2017 was born on August 27, 1956, in Dublin to the late James Daniels, Jr., and Gladys Daniels. He was also preceded in death by three siblings, Milo Daniels, Lula Daniels Benton and Roosevelt Daniels.

He served in the United States Army National Guard. He also became active duty in the United States Army in 1985 and served thirty one years during his military career.

MSG (Retired) Levi Daniels leaves to cherish fond memories to his loving and devoted wife of forty one years, Laverne; one son, Kevin Daniels of Lawton, Oklahoma; two daughters, V'Netra Daniels of Dallas, Texas, Abrielle D. Smart (Derek) of Lawton, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Tyrique Edwards, Unique Luter, Malik Cohee, Uniah Luter, and Beautiful Daniels; siblings, Ruthie Adderly of Nassau, Bahamas, Dorothy Bruton of Miami, Florida, Juanita Williams of Opalocka, Florida, Virginia McBee of Miami Gardens, Florida, Barbara White, Fayetteville, Betty Ross (Carl), Dumfires, Virginia, Geraldine Delaney (Richard), North Miami, Florida, Jimmy James Daniels, Fayetteville; one aunt, Francis Jackson, ninety seven years of of Miami Florida and a host of nieces, nephews, brother-in-law, Frank McElroy of Atlanta; sister-in-law, Debra McElroy, Lawton, Oklahoma and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 732 Faith Lane off Buckeye Road in East Dublin.
