Funeral Service for 62 year old Mr. Levert E. Scales of Clarksville, Texas who went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Friday, July 12, 2019, in Focus Care of Clarksville, TX, will be Friday, July 19, 2019 @ 1:00 p.m. at Rock of Ages Baptist Church, Annona, TX, with Rev. T.L. Blevins, pastor and officiating.
Interment in Annona Cemetery, Annona, Texas

Mr. Levert E. Scales was born August 6, 1956 to the late Addis and Cleodus Austin-Scales. He united with Rock of Ages Baptist Church at an early age where he served as an usher and loved to sing in the men’s choir for many years. He started school at Annona Elementary and graduated from Clarksville High School. He enjoyed western movies, wrestling and sitting on the porch.
He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers; Lewis, Larry, Lance and Larence Scales, along with one sister Larice Berry.
He will be greatly missed by:

Sisters-in-law: Verna Wooten, Ruby and Shirley Scales.
Other brothers-in-law: Frank, Leo, Mack and Christopher Wooten

Three grandchildren, host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
