Funeral services for Mr. Leroy"Bang" Parker of Dublin, will held on Sunday, July 29, 2018, at 10 AM at the C. Dudley Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home. Reverend Clarence Durham Thomas will deliver the eulogy.

Mr. Leroy Parker was born on July 14, 1941, in Laurens County, Georgia. He was employed with the Dublin-Laurens County Sanitation Department. Mr. Parker was preceded in death by his parents, Chancey Parker, and Sara Dupree Parker, Blanton of Dublin, Charley of Decatur, Willie James of Miami, Florida, Jeff of Atlanta, Elijah of New Jersey, Nathaniel Sr., of Bridgeton, New Jersey, three sisters, Mary Ann Perry of Detroit, Michigan, Ruby Nell Perry, of Syracuse, New York, and Inez Stephens of Dublin. He passed away on July 26, 2018.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a loving daughter, Sandra Parker of Dublin, and a devoted caretaker, Mrs. Mattie Hall, and a host of nieces, nephews, and many admirers.

The family is receiving friends at 220 Vine Street, Dublin.
