Mr. Lee Anthony Williams Manning was born July 27, 1978 in Dallas, Texas to the parents of Lee Manning and Erma Wooten Manning. He graduated from Bryan Adams High School in Dallas, Texas.

He was employed by Paragon Industries, Dallas Texas. He loved his sports. He was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, but he especially loved the basketball. It was his true passion. His favorite TV shows were Sandford and Son and Big Daws Tv. He also loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his friends.
