Funeral services for Ms. Kimberly Johanna Coney, of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014, at 2:00 PM at the Everlasting Gospel Non-Denominational Church, 1300 South Jefferson Street in Dublin. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery. Bishop H. J. Sinclair will officiate.

Ms. Coney, who passed on March 17, 2014, was born on May 19, 1987, in Dublin. She was preceded in death by her father, Mr. Kelly Coney; grandmother, Vera Ellington; and uncle, Billy Jordan. She was a member of the Everlasting Gospel Non-Denominational Church and was employed by McDonald's.

Ms. Coney is survived by her mother, Ms. Lola Mae Dawson of Dublin; grandmother, Mrs. Ella Mae Smith of Dublin; siblings, Tamela (Walter) White, Daniel (Margretta) Dawson, Shawanda Dawson and Shameka Coney, all of Dublin. She is also survived by a devoted aunt and uncle/godparents, Mr. Ebb and Mrs. Mary O'Neal, Jr. of Dublin; aunts, Ms. Patricia Jordan, Mrs. Brenda (Melvin) Thomas, both of Dublin, Mrs. Ruth Mae Coney of Miami, Florida; uncles, Mr. Ronnie Peacock, Sr. Mr. Thinell Dawson, both of Dublin, Mr. Eugene Coney of Miami, Florida; devoted nieces and nephews, Oprah White, Otheia White and Walter White, Jr., Vorkesha Harmon, Travious Dawson, Fabian, Faith and Daniel Dawson, Jr., all of Dublin; devoted godbrothers, Tyvoski O'Neal, Anthony (Ernestine) O'Neal; goddaughter, Ashanti Green; a devoted friend, Esco Parks and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 325 A Johnson Homes in Dublin.
