Funeral services for Mr. Kelvis Ortega Whitley, of Wrightsville, will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at 3:00 PM at the Buckeye Baptist Church, 2176 New Buckeye Road in East Dublin. Elder Grady Brazeal will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the M. C. Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Whitley, who passed on May 14, 2017, was born on March 30, 1989. He was preceded in death by his father, Keith Bernard Johnson.

He is survived by his parents, Sherie Whitley and Eldrick Graddy Sr. of Wrightsville; children, Jakelvis Whitley, Noah Whitley; sister, Sequanna Johnson; brothers, Antonio Johnson Sr., Elderick Graddy Jr.; devoted and dedicated grandparents, Annie Mae and Pedro Whitley, Nettie and Willie Swint; grandparents, Glenda and Jimmie Williams; aunts, Lolanda Rouse, Shunderlon Johnson, Michelle Williams, Lakeisha Wright; uncles, Phillip (Alicia) Whitley, Jeremie (Shanterra) Whitley, Antwornn (Shekita) Whitley, Jeremiah Elbert, Demetrius Johnson; niece, Ansleigh Powell; nephew, Antonio Johnson Jr.; adopted brothers, Chermaleta and Decano Brown; loving companion, Amanda Eady; godmother, Tiffany Wright and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 391 Ralph Young Road in Wrightsville.
