Services for Mrs. Kattie Lou Fullwood, of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2020, at 11 AM at the graveside in the Pine Hill Christian Church Cemetery, 2908 Fountain Road in Cadwell. Pastor Belinda Faye Mitchell will deliver the eulogy.

Mother Kattie Lou Fullwood was born on March 26, 1929 to the late Mr. Jim Thomas and Martha Car Edmond in Laurens County, Georgia. She was married to Mr. Theo Fullwood who preceded her in death.

She departed this life on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at Dublinair Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of Pine Hill Christian Church where she served as Church Mother but was a Mother to all and would shout and pray for anyone who cross her path until her health declined. She was a dedicated employee with Dublinair for many years.

She leaves to cherish her memories: A daughter – Pauline (Lawson) Waters of Dublin, Georgia; a daughter-in-law – Pastor Belinda Faye Mitchell of Dublin, Georgia. Preceding her in death: two sons – Milton Michell Jr. and Thurman Fullwood of Dublin, Georgia; three sisters – Tinnie White and Laura Jane Butler of Dublin, Georgia and Emma Thomas of Miami, Florida; five brothers – Willie T. Thomas, Lee Watson Thomas, Tommy L. Thomas, Roosevelt Thomas and Joe D. Thomas all of Dublin, Georgia.

She also leaves to cherish her memories: three grandchildren - Vickie (Derrick) Jackson of Dublin, Georgia, Veronica (Necola) Elvine and Brenda (Quawanza) Cotton Waters all of Atlanta, Georgia. Several stepchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Devoted nieces – Virginia Harvey, Janie Thomas, Janie Robinson, Minnie Daniels and Martha Jones all of Dublin, Georgia. Special great nieces – Arlene Thomas and Joyce Rozier of Dublin, Georgia and Via Harvey Evans of Atlanta, Georgia; a special great -great niece – Lauren (Nu-Nu) Guyton of Dublin, Georgia; a God-daughter – Kay Rawlins of McRae, Georgia and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
