Joseph White

Funeral services for Mr. Joseph White, of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at 2 PM at the Hillbridge Church of Christ, 433 Hillbridge Road, Dublin. Elder Earnest Simmons will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Joseph White was born on November 21, 1948, to the late Edgar White, Sr., and Margaret Stephens White. He attended Millville High School and was a self employed landscaper. He was a fun-loving, outgoing person who never met a stranger. His favorite passion was landscaping, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. On November 23 ,1975, he married Hattie Mae White. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Ethel Ree White, and Pansy White, and a brother, Edgar (E. J.) White Jr. Mr. White passed away on December 26, 2017.

Mr. Joseph White leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife, Hattie Mae White, daughters, Jada Wright, Versey Lee Parks, Felecha Rozier, and JoAnn Dixon, of Dublin, sons, Welton (Betty) Rozier, of Dublin, Elroy (Dot) Rozier of Wildwood, Florida, eighteen granchildren, fifty-three great-grandchildren, brothers, James (Lizzie) White, Roosevelt (Colleen) White, Donnie (Careola) White, Cecil White,Walter (Tamela) White, a sister, Jensey (Earnest) Simmons, all of Dublin, one uncle, Silas Stephens, of Montrose, three aunts, Louvonia Hood, Beverly Lattimore, of Augusta, Josephine Stephens of Dublin, and a host of nieces, nephews, and countless other relatives and friends.
