Funeral Service for 85 year old Mr. John Wallace Ricks of Clarksville, Texas formerly of Paris, TX, who went to be with his Lord February19, 2019 in Clarksville, TX will be Saturday, February 23, 2019 @ 1:00 pm at Citizens Funeral Home Chapel, 500 E. Church Street, Clarksville, TX with Bishop Samuel F. Evans, officiating. Interment will be in Fairground Cemetery, Clarksville, Texas

Mr. John Wallace Ricks was born on July 13, 1933 to A.J. Ricks and Bessie McCulloch in Clarksville, Texas. His church affiliations were Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Clarksville, Texas and New Birth Baptist Church, Paris, Texas where he served on the deacon board at both churches.
He loved playing dominoes and spending time with family and friends.
