Funeral services for Mr. John Wesley McNear, of Dublin, will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at the Rocky Creek Baptist Church, 2130 Georgia Hwy 338 in Dexter. Bishop Henry Channel III will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

John Wesley McNear was born on August 14, 1963, in Laurens County to the late Mr. Herschel McNear, Sr., and Mrs. Gladys Moore McNear. He was a graduate of West Laurens High School in the class of 1982. He worked at Lifetime Cabinets of Dublin. He loved sports and was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and of the Georgia Bulldogs. Mr. McNear passed away on November 19, 2019. He was preceded in death by his brother, Hershel McNear, Jr.

Mr. McNear leaves to cherish his memories his son, Rodrick Fordman, stepchildren, Dedrick Bell, Keshaun Bell, and Victoria Reese, and a devoted companion of many years, Annie Bell of Dublin, three brothers, Ronnie McNear, Lonnie McNear, and Curtis McNear, sister, Deborah McNear, and a host of nieces, nephews and aunts, other relatives and friends.
