FUNERAL SERVICE for 79 year old Mr. Joe Wiley Scott of Clarksville Texas who passed away, Monday, November 18, 2013 in Clarksville, TX, will be Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Paul United Methodist Church, Clarksville, TX, Rev. Mr. Scott was born October 22, 1934 to Robert and Janie Moore Scott in Bogata, Texas. He attended Paris Junior College and was a United States Air Force veteran where he served 4 years active duty and 6 years reserved.. He was married to his loving wife for 55 years.
