Funeral Service for 72 year old, Mr. Jimmy “C” Crawford of Clarksville, Texas who went to be with his Lord January 23, 2019 in Clarksville, TX will be Saturday, January 26, 2019 @ 1:00 pm at Martin Shiloh, Baptist Church, Clarksville, TX with Dr. L.E. Cole officiating. Interment: Reed Cemetery, Clarksville, TX

Jimmy “C” Crawford was born to the parentage of Johnnie and Ada Lee Crawford October 8, 1946. He united with Christ at an early age and became a member of Martin Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Jimmy enlisted into the US Army as he was a veteran of the Vietnam War. “C” loved reading, spending time with friend and family and listening to music. He also looked forward each week to attending Sunday School and Church Services.
C was proceeded in death by his parents, Johnnie & Ada Crawford, his daughter, Debra Odimba, three brothers and 2 sisters. Left to mourn his passing are his two sons: Charles Burns (Samantha) of Dallas TX, Keith Doolittle (Deloise) of Clarksville TX, one brother: Joe Crawford of Dallas TX, one Sister: Lillie Bailey (Rev Michael Bailey) of Clarksville TX, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
We are sad at the loss of our Dad, Brother, Grandpa, Uncle, Cousin and Friend…but we know that He had Christ in his heart and that he is now witnessing the most precious Church service that we all hope to one day attend. So we dare not to say good-bye to Brother “C” but instead – peace be with you until we meet again
