Under the direction of Citizens Funeral Home, 500 E. Church Street, Clarksville, TX Ms. Jerlie Faye Taylor was born July 7, 1963 in Clarksville, Texas to Sylvester and the late Jerline Hurd Taylor. She graduated from Clarksville High School. She united with the Zion Traveler Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Scotch Craft Industries. The Legacy of Jerlie was her love for writing. Jerlie loved spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jerline Taylor; a sister, Wennie Taylor; and a brother, Christopher Taylor. One niece and nephew also preceded her in death.
