Funeral services for Mr. Jeffrey Russell ,affectionately known as "Bay Bay" of Dublin, will be held on Friday ,July 21, 2017, at 3 PM at the First Seventh Day Adventist Church, 605 South Decatur Street, Dublin. Pastor Allen Baldwin will deliver the eulogy.

Mr. Russell, who passed on July 15, 2017 was born to the James Russell . He was preceded in death by two brothers, Terry Kennedy and Jimmy Russell.

Mr. Russell leaves to cherish his memories, his mother Mrs. Rosa Kennedy, five children, Jarvis Russell, Clarissa Russell, (Bryan) Antwain (Shaunteria) Russell, Antonio (Valexis) Russell, Gabreil Russell, one brother, Jerome (Maudie) Russell, one step brother, Otha Kennedy Jr., eleven grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 702 North Franklin Street, Dublin.
