James Pooler

Funeral services for Mr. James C. Pooler of Dublin, will be held on Friday, August 30, 2109, at 12 PM at the Mitchell Grove Baptist Church, 78 Mitchell Grove Church Road, Wrightsville. Reverend Ricky B. Stanley will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. James C. Pooler was born on September 1, 1946, in Laurens County, to Mr. John Wesley Pooler, Sr., and the late Hattie M. Wright Pooler. He was also preceded in death by his son Samuel Lashawn Pooler. He passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019.
He is survived by his father, John Wesley Pooler, Sr., siblings, Jevonda (J. C. ) Knight, Bronice (Eddie) Hunt, Veronica (Braxton) Brown, Bonita (William) Coleman of Montgomery, Alabama, John (Ethel) Pooler of Hayward, CA, Verlis (Gwendolyn) Pooler, Greg (Valarie) Pooler, Ted (Linda) Pooler, Eleanor Payne, Jerry (Dondra) Pooler of Las Vegas, NV and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
The family is receiving visitors at the home of Verlis and Gwendolyn Pooler, 732 Faith Avenue, East Dublin, on Wednesday, August 28, and Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 3-7 PM.
