Mr. James Edward Perkins was born to the parentage of Jack and Carrie Lee Moore Perkins in Bossier City, LA on January 3, 1952. He was a retired truck driver. James enjoyed fishing, and going to the casino. He loved a variety of music, mainly Blues. He also loved spending time with family and friends.
