James David Murphy Jr. was born December 24, 1954 to the parentage of James and Earline Thomas Murphy in Clarksville, Texas. He attended school at Clarksville High School.
James worked at Red River Diesel in Texarkana, AR. He was a mechanic and enjoyed repairing cars. He also loved spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father.
