Funeral Service for 77 year old Mr. Jack Hayes Jr. of Clarksville, Texas who went to be with his Lord November 30, 2019, in Mother Frances Hospital, Tyler, TX, will be Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at Citizens Funeral Home Chapel, 500 E. Church St., Clarksville, TX with Rev. Daryl Collins eulogist.

Mr. Jack Hayes Jr. was born October 31, 1942 to the late Jack Hayes Sr. and Ula Mae Coleman Hayes in Boxelder, TX. He graduated from Clarksville High School, Clarksville, Texas and was a member of the Shawnee Baptist Church. Jack enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He departed this life November 30, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son- James Hayes; daughter- Jennifer Hayes; and brother- Ullyses Hayes.
