Iona Gails was born October 24, 1933 to Robert Titus and CD Dockins in Clarksville, Texas. At an early age she united with St. Paul United Methodist Church. She graduated from Cheatham High School. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and three sisters.
