Funeral services for Mr. Holly Clover, Jr. "Sonny", of Dublin, will be held, Saturday, January 7, 2017, at the 11:30 AM at the Kingdom Living Church, 807 Smith Street in Dublin. Pastor Betty Jean Powell will officiate.

Mr. Clover, who passed on January 2, 2017 was born on August 28, 1947, to the late Holly Field Clover, Sr. and Ceola Clover. He was preceded in death by his wife.

He worked as a chef at Philadelphia Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and at Duval County Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a member of Williams Chapel Baptist Church in Dublin for many years. He later became a member of Truth Faith Original Church.

Mr. Clover is survived by his beloved siblings, Carolyn Walker, Sandra (Johnny) Taylor, Dublin, John Clover, Dublin, Lena Lindsey, Larry (Barbara) Clover, Macon, Isiah (Julia) Clover, Stone Mountain, Tiny Parks, Raleigh, North Carolina, Lillie Harlin, Jeanette (Joe) Jones, Chicago, Illinois, Hattie Clover, Detroit, Michigan, Blondia Church, Las Vegas, Nevada and a plethora of nieces, nephews and cousins and host of friends.

The family is receiving friends at 701 Hudson Street in Dublin and at the Dudley Funeral Home on Friday, 7-8 PM.
