On Thursday, March 10, 2016, Harrison Wallace entered into eternal life.
Harrison was born on September 17, 1921 in Muskegon Heights, MI to the union of Fred and Clydia (Boards) Wallace, one of eleven children.
He was employed by Cambell Wyant & Cannon Foundry and retired in 1968. He served in the U S Army from December 9, 1942 -January 10, 1946. He was Decorated and had many citations: Victory Medal, Asiatic Pacific theater Ribbon w/ 1 Bronze Battlestar, Philippine Liberation Ribbon; (4) Overseas Service Bars; (1) Service Stripe; Good Conduct Medal. He was also a member of the V. F. W Post #9388.
Harrison leaves to cherish his memories one sister, Audrey (Booker) Harris and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceeded in death by his parents, six brothers- Milton, Lawrence, Rudolph, Earl, Leonard and Roland Wallace. Two sisters, Tressa Wallace and Geneva Wallace.
Viewing will be held Thurday, March 17, 2016 at Toombs Chapel from 2-6pm.
