Grady Johnson

Mr. Grady Jerome Johnson, of Dublin, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017.

Mr. Johnson was born on October 2, 1955, to Ophelia and Grady Lee Johnson. He graduated from Dublin High School and worked at the First United Methodist Church for several years and at Delta Life Insurance. He was a current employee of Heartland Academy. He married Juwanna and they were blessed with children, Lamont, Gabrielle Joi and Kensli Dae. The love of his life was SCEI / 1 Blood International where he served faithfully as head usher to his church family.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his father, Grady Lee Johnson, his sisters, Marcella and Myra, his brothers, Larry (JoAnn), and Askari (Constanne), a beloved grandmother, Daisy Walker, a mother-in-law, Martha R. Oglesby, several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, cousins, extended family and friends.

Mr. Johnson may be viewed at the Dudley Funeral Home on Thursday, 12-8 PM, and on Friday, 9-11 AM.
