Funeral services for Mrs. Geraldine Linder of Dublin will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at 1 PM at the Buckeye Baptist Church, 2176 New Buckeye Road in East Dublin. Reverend David G. Flowers will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Geraldine Linder who passed on August 9, 2015, was born on October 9, 1931, in Wrightsville to the late Otis Moorman and Mary Johnson. She attended school in Johnson County. She joined the Buckeye Baptist Church at an early age and was a faithful member until her illness. She was a member Order of the Eastern Star where she served for many years.

Mrs. Linder was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Ann Williams and by a son, Anthony Joiner.

She is survived by her children, Pearl Gainey, Dublin, Fayon Kellam, Columbia, Maryland, Arthur Linder, Jr., Dublin, Dorothy Carby, Silver Spring, Maryland, Mary Eagle, Dublin, Alice Joiner, Dublin, Charles Joiner, Dublin; sisters, Edeva Johnson, Dublin, Lelia (Robert) Byre, Alabama; brothers, Grady (Ophelia) Johnson, Dublin, Lee (Lois) Wright, New York, TC Wright, New York and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and host of other family, loving neighbors, and friends.

The family will receive friends at 106 Cascade Circle in Dublin.
