Funeral services for Mr. Garrett Walker, of Dublin, will be held at 12 PM on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at the Dudley Funeral Home in the C.D. Dudley Memorial Chapel. Pastor George Grimes will officiate. Interment will follow in the Saint Luke Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Walker, who passed on June 9, 2016, was born on August 21, 1951, to the late Freeman and Gladys Walker. He was also preceded in death by four siblings, Eula, Dudley, Alton and Kimberly Walker.

He is survived by his dedicated sisters, Linda (Lenton) Jones, Cynthia Jones, Dublin; brothers, Maxwell (Angie) Walker, Dublin, Ronald (Connie) Walker, Prentice (Edith) Walker, New York; sister-in-law, Bertha Walker, Virginia; aunts and uncles, Beatrice Parks, New York, Nita Wells, Florida, Ella (Waymon) Lattimore, Earlie (Betty) Wells, Omie (Greg) Smiley, Izora O'Neal; special cousin, Shelia McClendon; special friends, Rosetta May, William Walthour, Dublin and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 705 Hilcrest Parkway in Dublin.
