Love this funeral home! Have used these services for majority of our family necessities and we have had a great experience each time. They have strong family values and truly take care of their patrons. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

I wish I had the great experience as the posted reviews, but my neither my voicemail or email was responded to, so I had to go with another business as the arrangement matters were time sensitive. First impressions matter, and this was mine.

My immediate family has used Rayners since 1962 , my extended family used them before that. We have always been pleased & comforted with the services they provide. Most recently, however, they “dropped the ball” badly. My husband was cremated & they were supposed to notify me as soon remains were returned to them from the AGA who performed the cremation. Rayners received the ashes in Sept. 2017. I was not notified until April 2018 after contacting them on another unrelated matter. That is simply unconscionable.
