Funeral services for Mr. Frank Baker, of Uvalda, will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017, at 2:30 PM at the graveside at the Isle of Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, 324 Isle of Hope Road, Uvalda, Georgia. Reverend Arthur Bryant will officiate.

Mr. Baker, who passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2017, was born on December 21, 1926, in Uvada to the late John Luther Baker, and Mary Ryals Baker. He was a member of the Flipper New Hope AME Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Flora Demery Baker, four brothers and a sister. Mr. Baker was employed by Moses Grass Company for many years until his retirement. He is survived by one son, John Nell Baker, two step-daughters, Annie Lee and Elizabeth, one sister, Lola Wooten of Uvalda, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
