F Smith

Dale Smith, 78, passed away Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016, at Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville TN.

Dale was born May 7, 1937, to Rhodus P. and Gertie (Nelson) Smith. He lived in the area most of his life but currently resided in Joelton, TN. He was a member of the Elmira Baptist Church and had worked at Tredegar Molding until his retirement.

Survivors include three brothers: Robert E. (Dora) Smith, James (Martha) Smith, and Junior (Nella Jo) Smith all of Lawson, MO. Twenty-three nieces and nephews; and numerous great, great-great and great-great-great nieces and nephews, along with many friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Louise Smith and Anna Belle Trumbo; three brothers, Oscar Smith, Raymond Smith and Lyle Smith; one nephew, one niece, and one great-great nephew.

Visitation is Thursday, March 31, 2016, 6pm-8pm. Funeral Services will be Friday, April 1, 2016, 10am. Visitation and Funeral services will be held at Lawson Baptist Church, 18603 US 69, Lawson, MO, with burial in Elmira Cemetery in Elmira, MO.

In lieu of flowers, you may make a memorial to Elmira Cemetery Association.
