Funeral services for Mrs. Evelyn Sailem, of Dublin, will be held on Friday, March 31, 2017, at 2 PM at the Everlasting Non-Denominational Church, 1300 South Jefferson Street in Dublin. Evangelist Sarah Mims will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Sailem, who passed on March 23, 2017, was born on August 7, 1944 to the late Willie and Lizzie Woodard.

She was preceded in death by her children, Carl, Joyce, Colen and Debra Sailem; sister, Mattie Bell Woodard; brothers, Herbert Woodard and Willie Woodard.

Mrs. Sailem is survived by a loving husband, Colen Sailem; seven children, Pamela (Ronzell) Murphy of Moultrie, Sarah (Danny) Tucker, Willie Lee Sailem, Calvin Sailem, Lanise (Aries) Mercer, Kimberly Sailem all of Dublin, Charles Sailem, Atlanta; grandchildren, Cortney, Tiffany, Jordy, Brittani, Victoria, Stephanie, Delorda, Evelyn, Ramone, Tamela, Ronzell, Jr., Amy, Buster, Daniel, Steve, Zach, Christina, Patrick, Aries, Adrian, Keyana, Terry, Dayquan, Andrea, Shakima, Essey, Samiya, Zuri, Jvon, Calvin, Rudy, Makyla, and Kaylen; brothers and sisters, Mary Ferguson, Jurell Willis, Celestine (Larry) Williams, Mary Ann Jones, T-Roy Woodard, Grady Woodard, and John Woodard; a very special companion, Larry Butler and a host of nieces, and other loved ones.

The family is receiving friends at 2246 Academy Avenue Extension Lot 64 in Dublin.
