Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Lue Kemp, of Montrose, Georgia, will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, November 3, 2018, at the Millville Baptist Church, 1681 Millville Church Road in Dublin. Reverend Kelvin Washington will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Eva Lee Kemp was born on June 5, 1928, to the late Fellie Redd and Tommy L. Vickers Redd in Allentown, Georgia. She attended Hickory Grove Public School, and joined Millville Baptist Church at an early age. She served as a community missionary and worked as a nursing assistant in her earlier years. She was called home to eternal rest on Friday, October 26, 2018. She was preceded in death by husband, James Ira Kemp, her three sons, Bobby Kemp, Curtis L. Kemp, and James M. Kemp, one sister, Agnes Kemp Taylor, and by one brother, King Curtis Redd.

She leaves to cherish her memories three loving daughters, Stephanie (Arthur) Watkins of Dudley, Diane (Carl) Coley, and Brenda (Marion Thomas) Kemp, both of Montrose, two devoted sons, Larrry Kemp and Ivey (Nicole) Kemp, both of Montrose, thirteen grandchildren, Kwanda Watkins, Arthur Watkins, Jr., Jashua Watkins, Karlesa Coley, Brandon Colson, Kwantina Kemp, Jamie White, Sharodalyn White, LaQueena White, Ja’Waun Kemp, Rodriquez Kemp, Makiki Lewis, and Christopher Hudson, one sister-in-law, Lillian Redd of Ocala, Florida, and a host of loving great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
