Eugene Stuckey

Funeral services for Mr. Eugene Stuckey, of East Dublin, will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at the Mount Tilla Baptist Church, 2424 Highway 441 North in Irwinton. Overseer E. Neal Dixon will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Stuckey, who passed on October 31, 2016, was born on December 11, 1934, to the late R.C. (Lucille) Stuckey. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Charlie, Russell, and Clinton Stuckey.

He was educated in Wilkinson County School System. He retired from Kent Logging Company. Later started to work and retired from Curry Realtors after ten years of service.

Mr. Stuckey leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Janice B. Stuckey, six children, Melinda Stuckey and Greg Stuckey of Miami, Florida, Terry (Theresa)Stuckey of Atlanta, Jennifer(Warren) Council of Cadwell, Jodi Bell and Jovan Thomas of Dublin; one brother, R.C. (Cynthia) Stuckey of Warner Robins; four sisters, Mary Holliman of Atlanta, Sarah Simmons of Macon, Inez(Ira) Stanley of Jeffersonville, Annie(Clark) Bonner of Dublin; two aunts, Mabel Browner of Macon, Dorothy Watkins of Danville; one uncle/brother, Olyn (Shirley) Watkins of Macon six sisters-in-law, Regina (Robert) Pepin of Brunswick, Thelma (Zebbie) Ashley, Rikita (Micheal) Harvell, Virginia (late Grady) Hodges, Vanessa Clements, Shirley Bell all of Dublin, Louvenia Stuckey, Danville; three brothers- in-law, Melvin (Deloise) Bell and Jeffery Bell of Dublin, Willie L. Bell of Atlanta; mother-in-law, Ms. Thena B. Clements of Dublin, sixteen grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

The family is receiving friends at the family residence, 209 Chase Drive in East Dublin.
