Survivors include his mother, Gladys Escamilla of Eden; three daughters, Cindy Escamilla of Ballinger, Dedra Escamilla and Courtney Escamilla both of San Angelo; two sons, Eugene Escamilla Jr. of San Angelo and Roy Rendon of Menard; four brothers, Felipe, Ernest, Jimmy and Fred Escamilla all of Eden; three sisters, Francis Escamilla of Eden, Lois Gonzalez of San Angelo and Elaine Urteaga of Fort Worth; and 16 grandchildren.
