Funeral Services for Ms. Elizabeth Wright of Rentz will be held on Friday, December 28 at 1:00 PM at Greater New Friendship Baptist Church, 3265 Highway 19 South, Dublin. Interment will follow in the Robinson Chapel Church Cemetery, 811 Robertson Church Road Dublin. Reverend Roger Edwards will officiate. Ms. Wright who passed on December 23 was born May 4, 1960, to the late Dempsey Wright, Sr. and Annie Maude Allen Wright. She attended West Laurens High School and retired from the Laurens County Board of Education after twenty five years as a Custodian. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Aaron Jackson Wright; sister, Eula Mae Montgomery; nephew, Jermaine Tyrone and a longtime companion, Charlie Robinson. Ms. Wright leaves to cherish her memories two daughters,Lashunna Wright and Sherita Wright of Dublin; two grandchildren, Cyahn Wicker and Jalen Wright of Dublin; ten sisters, Nina Rozier, Elaine Corbett, Lizzie Mae Walker all of Rentz, Sharon (Jerry) Chapman, Cynthia (Jeffery) Jones, Rose Mary Fullwood, Angela Robinson all of Dublin, Sandra (Alphonzo) Crafton of Dexter, Ruenelle (Soloman) Williams of Cadwell and Annie Ruth (Cleo) Coney of St. Petersburg, Florida; six brothers, Jerry Wright of Atlanta, Dempsey (Lisa) Wright, Jr., Landred (Margie) Wright all of Dublin, Donnie Wright, Andrew (Shirley) Wright all of Rentz, Larry (Gwinette) Wright of Montrose and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at the family residence, 1682 Mullis Lane in Rentz and at the Dudley Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.
