Eliecer Vigier Sr. was born December 14, 1969 to Angel Vigier Sr. and Migdalia Vigier in a small town in Cuba. He graduated from Elizabeth High School. He was employeed at GlobePharma Inc for over 10 years. He was a dedicated worker and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, Every chance he got.


He will be greatly missed by his
