Edward W Ellsworth, 76, of Clymer, NY , Died Friday January 27, 2012. Ed was bornon April 5, 1935, in Genesse, PA., a son of the late Roy and Beatrice Stokes Ellsworth. As a child, he moved the his family to Lowville, PA where he was raised and educated. When he was a young man, he worked at Stafford Dairy Farm in the Wattsburg area and them began working as a Stevedore at Codan Co. in Erie. Ed retaired from there in the mid-1980''s after 30 years with the company. Ed eenjoyed fishing and hunting. He had previously played on the Wattsbury Slow Pitch team and was involved in several bowling leagues. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, L. Ruth Ellsworth on June 6, 2008. They were married in Lowville on June 23, 1956. He was also preceded in death by five sisters, Linda Burch, Ruth Barnheart, Rita Howard, Edna Fisher and infanrt Shirley Ellsworth and three brothers, Jack, Wayne, Ralph Ellsworth. He is survived by his daughter, Penny S. Barnes and her husband, Donald, of Clear Lake, Iowa, Five sons, Edward L. Ellsworth and his wife , Crystal of Clymer, N.Y., Timothy A. Ellsworrth and his wife, Sara, of Wattsburg, PA., Terry M. Ellsworth and his wife, Debra, of Wattsburg, PA., Scott B Ellsworth and his companiom, Kiffany Nemitz, of Girard, PA., and Jeff D. Ellsworth and his wife, Tammy of Wattsburg, PA., three sisters, Joyce Wonder and her husband, Kenneth, of Depew, N.Y., Laura Burch and her husband, Harold, of North Clymer, N.Y., and Carol fisher of Jamestown, N.Y. and a brother, Paul Ellsworth of Erie, PA. Also serviving ar 19 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Frends may call Sunday January 29, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Brancen Funmeral Home, 315 M Cemter St., Corry, and attend a funeral service there on Monday January 30 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Al Gernovich of the The SALT Church, 160 W. Smith St., Corry, PA., will officiate. Burial will be in Lowville cemetery, Wattsburg, PA.
