Funeral services for Mr. Eddie Lee Whipple, Jr., of McRae-Helena, Georgia, will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at the Greater Macedonia Church South, 1203 Center Avenue in McRae-Helena. Reverend E. Neal Dixon will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Eddie Lee Whipple Jr was born on September 27, 1967, in Baldwin County, Georgia, to the late Eddie Lee Whipple, Sr, and Mary Helen Whipple. He was employed by Golden Peanut Company for several years until his health would not let him work any longer. He considered himself to be a "grill master" and he also loved to keep the yards pretty and neat. Mr. Whipple passed away on July 8, 2018. He joins his siblings, Elizabeth and Isaac Whipple, who preceded him in death.

In loving memory, Mr. Whipple leaves to mourn his wife, Tabitha Whipple of McRae-Helena, children, James (Shaneca) Rozier, Dublin, Vonterro (Teisha) Carswell, Dublin, Aaron Whipple, Oklahoma, Daveon McCormick, McRae-Helena, and Joslyn Whipple "Baby Girl", McRae-Helena, siblings, Sarah Martin , Atlanta, Sandra (Roy) Terry, Dublin, Terrance (Tanganyika) Whipple, Dublin, Cathy Gibson, Toomsboro, and Wallace Denson, Atlanta, a devoted mother-in-law, Gail Sanchez, devoted aunts, Annie Pearl Cummings, Sandersville, Pecola (Frank) Hook , Miami, Florida, and Candace Whipple, Toomsboro, Georgia, a host of nieces and nephews, and devoted friends, James Jones, Roger Devoe, Eric Stanley and Phillip Bell.

The family is receiving friends at 209 Cloverleaf Lane in Dublin.
