Funeral Service for 74 year old, Mrs. Eddie Joyce Bell of Tyler, formerly of Clarksville, TX who went to be with her Lord Thursday, September 14, 2017 in Tyler, TX, will be Friday, September 22, 2017 at 2:00 p .m. at Citizens Funeral Home Chapel, 500 E. Church Street, Clarksville, TX with Rev. Joe Liggins, eulogist.

Mrs. Eddie Joyce Lockhart Bell was born June 7, 1943 to Theodore and Willie Frazier Lockhart in Blakely, Texas.

Eddie attended Cheatham Schools. She married the late Earl Bell and to this union one daughter was born, Tevis.

She united with St. Paul United Methodist Church and later moved her membership to St. James Baptist Church. She enjoyed bingo, scratch off ,watching the Dallas Cowboys and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and grandson, Kendal and brother, Lewis.

She is survived by:
One daughter: Tevis Bell of Tyler
One brother: Clifton Lockhart of Clarksville, TX
Two granddaughters: Carry Bell of Tyler, TX
Lakeysha Bell of Mt. Pleasant
One great granddaughter: Jamia Lacy of Tyler, TX
