Funeral services for Mr. E.T. Taylor, of Glennville, will be held on Saturday, February 16, at 3:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church, 133 Tribly Street in Wrightsville. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery, West Court Street, in Wrightsville. Mr. Taylor, who passed on February 12, was born on February 12, 1921 to the late Lavada Taylor and Elijah Taylor in Johnson County. During his early years, Mr. Taylor went to school in Harrison. He later became a farmer and retired from being self employed and a logger in Glennville. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Missionary Beth Sue Johnson; two sons, Elester Taylor and Willie Lewis Taylor; one sister, Dora Wright; stepmother, Manny Taylor; grandson, Tellis C. Wiliam, Jr.; two sisters-in-law, Sarah Taylor and Daisy Lee Taylor; and one son-in-law, Charles Willis. Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, Louise B. Taylor of Wrightsville; children, Loretta Taylor, Richard (Shirley Ann) Taylor, Patricia Ann Taylor, Elnora (Clarence) Lowery, Willie J. Taylor, Betty L. Willis, Jaunita Howard, Maragret Taylor, Helen (Willie J.) Williams, Johnathan (Iris) Taylor, Geraldine Cason, Edith Burnette; stepson, Leroy Bolden; one sister, Eunice Mae Taylor; brothers, James Taylor, Eulice Taylor, Theotis (Jennie Mae) Taylor and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a beloved dear friend, Linda of Glennville.
