Funeral services for Mrs. Doris Lattimore Wiggins, 81, of Dublin, Georgia, will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018, at 11 AM at Holly Spring Baptist Church, 705 Buckeye Road in East Dublin, Georgia. Reverend E. Neal Dixon will officiate. Interment will follow in the the Holly Spring Cemetery.



Ms. Wiggins, affectionately known as “Tudder”, was born in Laurens County, Georgia, on August 30, 1937, to the parentage of Mr. Johnny and Mrs. Levonia Lattimore. Her life’s mission was to serve God, her children, grandchildren and others.



She accepted Christ at an early age and joined with the Holly Spring Baptist Church where she served faithfully until her health failed. She was employed at May’s Nursing Home, Laurens Memorial Hospital and Fairview Park Hospital before joining the team of servers in home health.



Ms. Wiggins passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, after an extended illness. Ms. Wiggins was proceeded in death by her parents, Johnny and Levonia Lattimore, brothers, Willie C. and Ralph Lattimore and sisters, Rosetta Blue and Pauline Smith.



She leaves to cherish such sweet memories her daughters, Doris L. Carson of Forest Park, Georgia, Priscilla Kurtz, Margaret (Freddie) Wells and Lisa Nichols of Dublin, sons, Tony Wiggins of Tampa, Florida, and Terry (Felicia) Hicks of Albany, sister, Delores (EG) Foster of McDonough brothers: Johnny (Mary) Lattimore of East Dublin, Lewis Lattimore of Detroit, Michigan, Robert (Jeanette) Lattimore of Griffin, Waymon (Ella) Lattimore of Dublin, James (Hattie) Lattimore of Douglasville, Rostell (Kim) Lattimore of Manvel, Texas and Theotis (Sherri) Lattimore of Detroit, Michigan; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.



The family is receiving friends at 206 Larsen Street in East Dublin, and at 525 Saxon Street, Dublin.
