Derrick Lamont McCulloch was born January 5, 1974 in Dallas, TX to Elbert and Dolores Harris McCulloch. He graduated from Clarksville High School.

Derrick enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Blyth Williams.
