David Harry III

David P. Harry III, 83, passed away on September 17, 2013 at home in Redlands, California. He was born on June 7, 1930 to Thelma and David Harrry Jr in Cleveland, Ohio.
David was an Aerospace Engineer and graduated from Case Institute in 1952 with a BS and University of Redlands in 1970 with his Master's Degree. He was able to share his vast knowledge during his 60 year career: from 1952-1953 at GE Allison; 1953-1965 with Nasa-Lewis Research Center; 1965-1975 at Lockheed Propulsion Company; 1978-1979 Aerojet; 1980-2002 at TRW; 2002-2005 Volt Services and 2006-2012 NorthropGrumann. He was Past President of AIAA Technical Committee and was published in many technical journals.
David will be forever missed by his loving wife of 59 years, Shirley Harry; his children: Lynn Patalano (Sam); David P. Harry IV (Janet); John B. Harry (Debby); James D. Harry; and Virginia L. Hannah (Mark); sister-in-law Mary Harry as well as 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Donald S. Harry.
