Survived by loving mother Sherie Wellman of Indianapolis. Dennis Wellman his late step father was a very special family member in David''s short life. A longtime resident of Arcadia Child Developmental Center, David always looked forward to visits from his caring and loving parents. David first became a resident of Arcadia in June of 1986 and quickly became a part of the center's family. A special young man who enjoyed teasing and yelling at the staff and his friends, David was loved by all and will surely be missed. He leaves behind a grandmother Lois England and many aunts and uncles. Memorial contributions may be made to Arcadia Child Developmental Center in his name. Many thanks to the loving Arcadia staff for being a part of David's life.
